I'm already missing the soft gray tones that gathered over San Francisco Bay during last week's parade of storms. An "atmospheric river" they said, and that it was. Now, warmed by the sun and buoyed by watching the dedicated DC Eagle pair hatching their eaglets within view of webcams for all to witness online, a fine mist of hope is in the air. Just in time to end the continuing cycle of bad news.
