Rafael's "Portrait of a Lady with a Unicorn," is on view at the Legion of Honor, in a specially built, small, dark maroon room way at the back of the upstairs galleries. The painting is in the United States for the first time, on loan from Galleria Borghese in Rome. It is old. And it glows. And this young girl came in to see. Old meets youth and a connection is made. Art inspires Art. Every time.
