Museum Goer 5

Museum Goer 5

So the museum is the Pompidou Center in Paris.
Miraculously, by just clicking around, I found the very painting: Alice, printemps 1933 by Balthus.

Museum Goer Moves On

Why this. Why now? Do I know? No. Seeing where it takes me. Maybe nowhere. If nothing else, I learn a lot in the process of painting the great works whose titles I should know but don't. I am not a very disciplined museum goer myself. I get distracted by the light, vast spaces, the play of the figures against the art as they move through the galleries.
